KEN MCKENZIE AWARD
The Ken McKenzie Award, instituted during the 1977-78 season, is named for Ken McKenzie, the co-founder and longtime president and publisher of The Hockey News.
Recognizing the important role played by team management in building a successful franchise, the award honors the individual who accomplished the most during the season in promoting his or her AHL team.
